The fee for a consultation on family law matters is $50. Retainers (and advance payment to be deposited in order to take your case and start work on it) are established at the time of the consultation and cost is one of the issues Bennett will discuss with you during the consult.
For estate planning, there is a rate schedule for wills and other planning documents which we will gladly let you know based on your needs. These typically include a half hour of consultation, drasfting and execution of the documents.
For most work, the attorney hourly rate is $225. -
