Note regarding low reviews: several one-star reviews have been left by parties to custody / placement disputes in which Bennett served as the court-appointed Guardian ad Litem (third-party neutral). These individuals were not clients, but rather unrepresented parents involved in custody disputes. As GAL, Bennett played a role in assisting the court to decide their case. Because these cases involve significant unresolved disagreements, the outcomes often leave one side unhappy with the final decision.
